Very nice hotel in of the best area for first time visitors, with nice surroundings and quick access to public transport
Perfect location in the middle of Asakusa, very close to the Senso-Ji temple, to the Asakusa train station and to the Ginza line metro subway. Amazing buffet breakfast, both continental and Japanese, with a dedicated chef to prepare many additional dishes. Well mannered, efficient and prepared consierge and staff members, always ready to answer to any necessity like sending luggage in advance to another hotel before check-out. Average size rooms but technological and well organized to fit big luggage and have a comfortable stay, with many free amenities and dedicated laundry service spaces on two floors.
Some of the staff did not speak English well, but it wasn’t a true problem since they still managed to answer to every request.
